It's been a while...

well, since my last post:

The Indians won the Central Division title and finished 96-66, which was tied for the best record in baseball with Boston. The Tribe then beat the Yankees 3 games to 1 in the ALDS, and then jumped out to a 3-1 ALCS lead over Boston. However, the Red Sox came back to win 3 straight games to clinch the pennant, and went on to win the World series against Colorado.

The Buckeyes are 9-0 and are ranked #1. They have had 3 big road games so far, in which they beat Washington 33-14, beat Purdue 23-7, and beat Penn State 37-17. They will play host to the 7-2 Wisconsin Badgers this Saturday.

The Browns have had a positive season so far, winning 4 of their first seven games. They beat the Bengals, Ravens, Dolphins and Rams and have lost to the Steelers, Raiders (a game that should have been won had a time out not been called just before the would be game winning field goal), and the Patriots. They play Seattle at home on Sunday.

Also, the Blue Jackets have started off the season surprisingly, going 6-3-1. Their signature win was on opening day, when they beat the defending Stanley Cup Champion Ducks 4-0.
